    Any time within 90 days of delivery, email us at hello@jiyuglow.co.uk with your order number.

    We make it right

    We’ll arrange a refund of your product price. No need to post anything back – and no awkward hoops.

The details

  • Who’s covered. First-time customers on their first order of a qualifying JIYU product or bundle.
  • The window. Requests must be made within 90 days of your delivery date.
  • What you get. A refund of the product price for the eligible order. Original shipping charges, where they apply, aren’t included.
  • One per household. The guarantee applies to a single qualifying order per customer or household.
  • How refunds are paid. Back to your original payment method, usually within a few working days of approval.

This guarantee is offered in addition to your legal rights. As a UK consumer, nothing here affects the statutory rights you already have under consumer law.
